Advocate for Mental Health Days
Our Creative Week summit pushed an important conversation forward within the industry about putting mental health on an equal playing field with physical health. This led to the Adweek article, “Why More Companies Should Offer Mental Health Days, and Why Coworkers Should Respect Them” sparking Giant Spoon and other agencies around the country to begin offering Mental Health Days for the first time.
